Shipping policy

YALI ensures that the Products(s) are delivered to end users in a timely manner. We will ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, for this we ship through reputed logistics companies.

The following are our shipping terms:

  • Under normal circumstances, all orders are dispatched within 2 business days of the customer placing the order. Any delay in this, especially due to present circumstances pertaining to Covid-19 will be intimated to the customer.
  • Shipping Charges are applicable.
  • YALI partners with third party logistic service providers separate and distinct from YALI, to effectuate Product(s) delivery to end users. Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the end user through Email & SMS along with the tracking number.
  • Prior to making payments for the purchase of Product(s), the customer will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the customer should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. YALI shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure in delivery of the purchased Product(s) arising out of the customer’s failure to provide correct, complete and/or accurate information.
  • While YALI aims to provide its services through online orders and ensure the delivery of its Product(s) all across India, currently, YALI has a select list of areas where delivery can be undertaken. At the time of placing an order for purchase of Product(s), customers are required to enter their pin-code details to verify if deliveries can be carried out in their area. If the area where the customer wishes that the purchased Product(s) be delivered is not within delivery network recognized by the Logistics Partner(s) of YALI, YALI will not be able to process the order further.
  • Most orders are delivered within 7 working days from the date of shipping across India. A maximum of 3 (three) attempts shall be made to deliver order to the customer. If the customer is unavailable after 3 (three) attempts, YALI has the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion. While YALI shall make reasonable effort to ensure that the purchased Product(s) is delivered to its customers in a timely manner, but it may be delayed on account of:
  1. Covid 19 guidelines
  2. Unsuitable weather conditions;
  3. Political disruptions, strikes, Govt. directed lockdowns, etc.
  4. Natural disasters as floods, earthquakes, etc.; 
  5. Other unforeseen circumstances.

 

  • In such events of delay, YALI shall make reasonable attempt at intimating the customer by writing to the customer’s registered email account and/or mobile number. 
  • Return and exchange of purchased Product(s) shall be carried out by YALI third party logistics partners, which are separate and distinct from YALI. Please note that YALI shall not be responsible for any act(s) of such reverse logistics partners. 

  • Note:

     

    • If you find the packaging is tampered, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Please notify us immediately on  helpline number +91 70227 95003 or email on contact@yali.shop mentioning the Order ID. Post validation YALI will ensure that a new order is placed and sent with no additional cost.
    • Based on the country of import, our carrier may need to get customs clearance for your goods before delivering them to you. Any additional taxes / import duties / customs charges levied by the country of import will be chargeable to the customer. The customer is liable to reimburse the  carrier for any such charges paid by carrier on behalf of customer.
    • All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If there is a requirement for the products to be shipped to more than one shipping address then we request you to please create separate orders in separate carts for each address.
    • All products are insured by Yali against loss or theft from date & point of dispatch to date & point of delivery at no additional cost to the customer.
    • Yali reserves the right to release information to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials if required by the law or if authorized by a Court.
