Refund policy
The following are the terms of Exchange and Refund Policy, subject to change from time to time. Customers are advised to go through the Terms and Conditions here:
- Return & Exchange due to (size and manufacturing defect issues) can be done within 15 days from the date of delivery for all online orders. Tags should not be taken out and product should be unused. This is applicable for all products listed in the website.
The Product should be sent back to us within 7 days of the receipt of the same. The product should also be sent back with the original packaging and with bills and tags intact
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product related to the style/design/weaving of the product that is purchased.
- No exchanges or refunds will be made against products which have been altered by the customer.
- YALI does not allow cancellation of orders. Â The customer can exchange the product as per our exchange policy.
- Costs of shipping are borne by the Company only for the first exchange request. Subsequent requests to exchange a product will not be entertained.Â
- In case of an exchange, you can choose an alternate product of the same , or higher value for the product accepted by us as exchange. In case the value of the alternate product is higher you will have to pay the difference. Â
